Bible Study:"Let the words of scripture wash over you"- these were the words that I reflected on when I was too exhausted to do much study in the Word when my kids were little. That has been my encouragement to all women who struggle to start being in the Word- start in a study and even if you can't do study at home, when we meet together let the words of scripture wash over you. Now years later, the Word is what sustains me. And as women, we need scripture as our guide in everyday life. Thus, the reason why we gather as women to study God's Word. We have benefited from various bible teachers like Priscilla Shirer, Kelly Minter, Jennifer Rothschild, Kay Arthur, Karen Kingsbury, etc. as they take us through various topics or books of the Bible and then share a DVD on their own teaching. We are a unique gathering as we don't rush through the study but take it at a pace that allows sharing, interaction and encouragement to go deeper in our walk with the Lord. We meet on Tuesday evenings 6:30-8:00pm. Currently we are on the second half of a study in Hosea by Jennifer Rothschild. Come join us to learn insights from Hosea.
